It is recommended in any air to air application or any application using silicone hoses. Spring loaded T bolt clamps assure a firm hold, regardless of the expansion and contraction caused by changes in temperature and pressure. Stainless band and bridge, plated spring, bolt and nut. Trunnion type floating bridge keeps clamp aligned during tightening.
